Data & privacy
Understand what you are sharing.
Browsing a guide, joining the waitlist and connecting a cloud environment are separate steps with different data involved.
Public website
These pages include local navigation and search code. Search terms are matched in your browser against a static index. We have not added advertising tags, analytics scripts or a marketing-cookie tracker. Hosting providers may process connection information when serving pages.
Early-access waitlist
Requesting access takes you to a WorkOS-hosted form. Your email is used to manage the access request and contact you about onboarding. Joining does not authorise AWS discovery or application execution. Do not put credentials or customer data into an access request.
Workspace and AWS metadata
An enabled workspace holds identity/membership information, projects, workload definitions, approved inventory and test evidence. Identifiable inventory is optional; resource names and identifiers may contain personal or confidential information. The metadata boundary excludes production records, object contents, message bodies, secrets, raw request payloads, logs and tags.
Application source and retention
Selected Lambda archives may be copied into encrypted quarantine with a 14-day lifecycle. They remain non-executable until the approval gates pass. Workload archiving stops monitoring but retains test evidence. Complete erasure and backup expiry require an agreed policy; archiving is not a deletion request.
Providers and location
AWS supplies the current hosted infrastructure; WorkOS supplies managed identity and the hosted access flow. The managed control plane is in eu-west-2. Public assets can be served at the edge, and identity/support processing must be considered separately from that region statement.
Before connecting a live environment
Agree the applicable privacy notice, controller and contact details, processing terms, subprocessor/transfer information, retention and deletion process as part of access enablement. This product-data overview is not a substitute for those legal arrangements.
