Test & keep current

When something needs attention

Start with the action on the workload overview. The items below explain the common reasons a journey stops.

I only see a waitlist

Public signup is gated during private early access. Joining the waitlist does not grant portal access. If already invited, use Sign in.

A resource is missing

Check the AWS account, region, discovery time and denied permissions. Clear selector filters and check assigned resources. Then compare the service against AWS coverage. Unsupported resources cannot be made supported by granting broader permissions.

The map has no connection

A name match or shared VPC is not relationship evidence. Check whether the configuration pattern is supported, the endpoints are included and discovery had the needed permissions.

Code retrieval failed

Open the resource on the workload map. Read the cause and choose Retry code retrieval. If AWS denied access, ask the administrator to review the exact action or encryption restriction shown. Safe fixtures can still support a narrower test.

I cannot add the same check again

Use Edit check on the existing check. Each interface allows one active check of the same observation/condition type. A different measurable outcome may need a different condition or interface.

The test needs setup

On Check portability, follow the named missing step. Common causes are no required criterion, unconfirmed test material or a check that no longer has an interface after a workload change.

My passing result needs a review

Check its age limit and workload revision. An older result remains a record of what ran then. Run a new test to establish the current result.

A hosted live environment is unavailable

Application execution requires an eligible plan, a verified organisation and approved isolation. The evaluation does not allow unknown customer code to run in a hosted environment. Compare execution options.

A saved guide address does not work

A missing public page offers Open documentation and Return home. Open documentation and search for the task you were trying to complete. Public guides do not need a portal account; a missing address should not send you into sign-in or silently show an unrelated page.

Ask for help safely

Share the workload name or reference, the step you were taking, the time and the visible error. Do not send access keys, tokens, signed download URLs, production payloads or application source in a general support request.
